Hi, I’m Kourtney, though my niece and nephews know me simply as "Aunt Koney." My journey into the kitchen began during the awful 2020 quarantine. It started as a way to navigate my ADHD, depression and food fixations but it quickly turned into a passionate way of reaching "perfection". I spent that time burning things, experimenting, failing, and learning that cooking for others is my love language.
Whether I’m slow-smoking meats on a Sunday for Tennessee Titans football, crafting a one-of-a-kind holiday cheese ball, or meal prepping for my partner and I, my goal is always the same: to make someone's day easier and see their smile after taking a bite.
Whether you need help with your weekly meal prep or are looking for a caterer for your next small event, I’m here to bring that same level of care to your table.
I am also happy to offer delicious Vegan, Vegetarian, Gluten-Free, and Dairy-Free options so that every guest can enjoy the meal.
Any type of event that doesn't require baking cakes or cupcakes I can easily handle.
Any dish can be made organic or non organic, there will be a 5 dollar upcharge for organic.
